FLEXICORE – The aim is to improve flexibility and strength and create a balance in the body. It includes comprehensive regulation of the physical functions and leads to physical and mental relaxation. It is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures, and meditation exercise approach using body mechanics, movements, truncal and pelvic stabilization, coordinated breathing, and muscle contractions to promote strengthening of the abdominal core. Attention is paid to the entire musculoskeletal system. Due to society’s time constraints it is a balanced blend of what the general public understands as Yoga, Pilates and Flexibility enhancement, working at your own level adapted to be relative to your chosen sport. Charting will be available to record your progress over time.
