KIDS KICKBOXING & SELF DEFENCE CLASS
This class is for both boys & girls that are keen to be FIT. Fantastic class for cross training for all other sports. Lots of fun. Great way to make friends while still learning the combat basics, effective Self Defence, Stranger danger, Anti bullying and Sports Science.

LADIES SELF DEFENCE & KICKBOXING CLUB – Self defence skills taught to you by highly qualified female and male Instructors, you will learn the common mistakes made by women and young ladies that can often put you in danger. It’s not only about defending yourself, but more importantly defending yourself from getting into a situation without being aware of it. You will gain a greater sense of assertiveness and control over your decisions and emotions under all types of situations which will enhance your overall business, work, family and social life. All this while having fun, getting fit and meeting new friends.
Advantages of Ladies Self Defence & Kickboxing Club:

  • Women Only Workout teaches women to find the power within themselves to protect themselves from being a victim
  • Focuses on the importance of awareness, prevention, streetwise precaution and most importantly, self defence.
  • Provides female members the opportunity to workout and to feel comfortable at the same time,  particularly if she's not looking her best because of the effort she's putting in.
  • Give females the opportunity to work on their bodies under the guidance of instructors and trainers who are focused on the special needs of a woman. That's a major benefit to the body-conscious lady.

KICKBOXING – This class is for those who wish to test themselves through a vigorous and dedicated training regime. It’s a sport specific fitness program which is challenging and fun. It’s a great combination of boxing, martial arts and aerobics blended together to produce an impactful cardiovascular workout. Kickboxing workout offers a full body workout. No part of your body is left immune while one is participating in this workout. From the core muscle groups to the small muscle groups, one can enjoy a complete body workout with this. The emphasis here is on preparation for ring competition’s supreme fitness & strength. Not every student has the desire to compete but enjoys this non-traditional class structure. A real challenge of stamina and fight fit conditioning.

BOXING – Will provide fitness training for members who represent all fitness levels and walks of life. The time tested benefits of boxing training are evident in the results achieved! Boxing was the original combat sport studied by the Master Chief Instructor. Boxing training will make you physically stronger and aerobically fitter. The boxing program will focus on reactive power, power endurance, muscular endurance and anaerobic endurance. The challenge of learning skills (speedball, pad work, floor to ceiling ball etc) in a unique, exciting and safe atmosphere is great for your health and confidence.
Advantages of Boxing:

  • Increased muscle tone
  • Lower body fat
  • A great stress buster
  • You will learn correct technique of delivery of all your boxing tools
  • Improve reflexes and upper body strength
  • Increased core strength and better grounding and foot work for all combat arts.
  • We will go as far as you can handle, whether you are serious about boxing or just in it for the training.

JET CIRCUIT -The Jet Circuit session is a combination of high intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. You will gain the fundamental skills that will help you comfortably progress into any of the other arts and classes we offer if you wish. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. The time between exercises in circuit training is short, with rapid movement to the next exercise.
Advantages of circuit training:

  • Easily structured to provide a whole body workout.
  • Participants will work individually or in small groups, depending on the number of participants attending class.
  • It allows beginners to be guided by more experienced individuals, as well as benefiting from the supervision of the instructor.
  • Can be adapted for any size workout area
  • Can be customized for specificity; easy to adapt to your sport.

THE GYM -The PIT's gyms primary purpose is to compliment and provide x-training facilities for it's members. The gym will grow and develop with it's members needs. Currently, it consists of free weights including dumbbells, barbells and exercise machines. This area includes mirrors so that exercisers can monitor and maintain correct posture during their workout.
The gym is also equipped with a cardio theatre including commercial grade treadmills, rowing machines, elliptical trainer, and TV displays.

Group fitness classes are also included as a Casual visit option or as a package.
